The $140 million 150-bed development sets a new standard for aged care facilities
Completed in 2025, this is one of the largest public residential aged care centers in the region, owned and operated by Monash Health. The Design & Construct electrical package included the installation and integration of critical systems such as data networks, security infrastructure, nurse call systems, audio-visual solutions, distributed antenna systems(DAS), and photovoltaic solar panels.
The facility features single bedrooms with private ensuites arranged in household groupings, creating a warm, home-like atmosphere for residents. We are proud to have supported the delivery of this cutting-edge development, enhancing comfort, safety, and connectivity for its residents.
