Deakin University WPSA – Stage 2
The Deakin University Waurn Ponds student accommodation project provides onsite accommodation for 320 students.
Set amongst open space the precinct consists of 32 two-level townhouses. Each complex is complete with accommodation units and common room facilities for dining, socialising and studying. The new village green and town hall provide recreation and event spaces.
Linking all buildings is an extensive network of street and feature landscape lighting. Careful planning was required during construction to manage existing electrical infrastructure both in and above ground.
