The $154 million redevelopment provides a landmark health precinct in Caulfield South, Melbourne.
Construction involved the replacement of an existing hospital with a new facility. The site comprises of 69 premium retirement apartments, 83 residential aged care suites, sub-acute hospital, medical centre suites, consulting rooms, café, retail precinct and two levels of basement parking.
The 32-bed sub-acute hospital provides palliative and specialist care services for Victorians living with progressive neurological conditions, such as motor neurone disease and Huntington’s disease.
