Bio 21 University of Melbourne
The University of Melbourne’s Bio21 institute is a multidisciplinary centre specialising in medical, agricultural and environmental biotechnology.
The project involved a 5,000m2 expansion to house CSL’s Global Research and Translational Medicine Hub. The new state-of-the-art facility contains training and research areas including PC2 laboratories.
A key component of the project for ADJ Electrical Contracting was the required upgrade works to the existing site electrical infrastructure.
ADJ Electrical Contracting implemented a project specific Critical Works Plan which outlined, coordinated and updated key stakeholders about the proposed works. The successful execution of this plan reduced any impact on the end user and allowed the existing facility to remain fully operational.
