The $130 million Crowne Plaza Geelong hotel is part of the Nyaal Banyul Geelong Convention and Events Centre precinct.
Developed by Plenary Group and being operated by IHG Hotels & Resorts, with Built as head contractor, the hotel consists of 200 purposefully designed rooms and suites. Amenities include the stylishly appointed Skyline bar with panoramic views, onsite dining in the Sociali Trattoria and Bar, Verde café, with a gym, pool and fitness area.
ADJ was awarded this D&C contract after an ECI phase. Works included the following:
